1.) Water Cannon is a premier supplier of pressure washers and related parts & accessories that has been serving the rental and construction industries since 1981.
3.) Our sales staff is available from 8:00am-7:00pm Monday thru Friday. You’re welcome to place your order online any time of the week. Most online orders before 3:00pm are usually shipped the same day Monday thru Friday.
4.) Please contact one of our sales managers to assist you in the part number or part you need. Just because an item is not found on our website, does not mean we do not carry it! Call 1-800-786-9274 during normal business hours or 1-800-454-9274 from 10am-7pm EST.
5.) We accept major credit cards: Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express. We also accept money orders, fax checks, and checks. You may also apply for an open terms account by filling out this form and faxing it to us.
6.) Some of our items will ship from multiples warehouses. Usually the rest of your order should arrive complete within 5-7 business days. This usually occurs with items custom made. Additionally, look closely on your packing list to see if a backorder might have occurred.
7.) Please contact our customer service department before returning an item. Please supply an invoice to accompany your returned item(s), so we may issue proper credit. The customer service representative should be able to give you the invoice number for your returned item if you do not have it. Please be sure to include a note stating whether you are seeking a credit or exchange. Understand, we apply a 15% restocking fee or a minimum of $10.00 on all items being returned for a credit.
8.) To apply for an open account, simply download this form. Fill in all the information and fax it to the number listed on the form. You should be notified with 24-48 hours whether you’ve been approved for an open account.
9.) All of our items are shipped strictly via UPS.
10.) We will ship internationally via UPS. Due to the high freight cost from UPS, we encourage our customers to provide us with an address here in the United States, whether it is a shipping vessel or someone you may know. From here, they may deliver the package to you in a more affordable way.
11.) Please download our credit application and fax it back to our administrative office @ 1-888-928-9274. Applicants must qualify for credit insurance and have a permanent location. Mobile businesses such as mobile service and repair companies are difficult to insure. (Click Here to Download)
