If you have to make a return, the information below will assist you:

Unopened Merchandise
You may return any "unopened" parts or accessories purchased from Water Cannon within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for the "to" and "from" shipping charges.

 

Damaged Products
If you suspect (but are not sure) your product was damaged in shipping, go ahead and inspect the inside contents. In many cases, the box may be slightly damaged but the product is fine.

If your package arrives damaged, please (a) REFUSE DELIVERY and (b) call us at 1-800-699-2551 so we can arrange exchange for you.

You must notify us of any shortages or problems damage within 24 Hours after receiving the merchandise, so we can process the appropriate claims with the shippers.

If you do NOT notify us within 24 Hours, you have accepted the merchandise in its current condition.

Defective Products
We encourage you to test your Products within 15 days of receipt, so we can quickly remedy any mechanical problems.
